How do you develop and implement a site with 70 templates, 2 languages, with all pages editable from the back office, and all this in 2 months? It is difficult, but the bet was won thanks to: Drupal, Panels, and a good dose of coffee. the PPR Group site is complicated by the desire to manage all of the pages individually. The huge difficulty of the project: the ability to preview all pages and the "panes" (the name of blocks in Panels) and management of publication workflow.

FFT.FR : Game, Set, and Match !

The French tennis Federation now has a beautiful, brand new site, and under Drupal no less! Textuel La Mine conceived the design and we struggled to create the site in Drupal.

One of the main difficulties of the site was the management of performance (especially at Rolland Garros). In addition, we integrated OpenX for management of advertising aspects and the self-promotion blocks with a nice synchronization of taxonomies and panels to have the contextualization in OpenX properly.

eCommerce at Dunod's Place

With 150 years of existence, Dunod is the oldest French publishing house. We put in place their Drupal e-commerce site. The main difficulties of the project: intégration with the l'ERP of the Hachette group, management of the crossing of targets/universes and the entire area reserved for librarians and teachers. The entire content has a level of relevance for each type of visitor. With a full matrix, it is possible to adapt the content of each page, as soon as the visitor type is known. The site is therefore a kind of giant Transformer :)

Les editions de la Cigale

"Les editions de la Cigale" is a small editor of very original content that allows our children, using a method validated by the French national educational system, to learn how to read and write faster and better. It is also a complete e-commerce site, integrating Drupal and Magento! It offers video content and a blog. Naturally, we proposed the Drupal setup. The Ubercart Back-office screens did not allow adequate steering of the business, hence Magento.

Help a city to build its site

For a city such as Le Havre, having its site under Drupal presents lots of benefits. Nevertheless, it is a complex project because each service must be part of the definition of what the new web project of the city will be. 

We assisted the very motivated and really nice team from the city of le Havre so that their Drupal project was born! Many articles, events, and places in the city now have a place on the web.

20 million page views per day

FreeRice is a Drupal site with 20.000.000 page views per day in traffic connected. Wow! This is what we were told when we were making it! :)

How did we do it? Using all the tools at our disposal: Varnish + ESI, MongoDB, Memcached, and an architecture with 4 servers. Complexity of the project (ah, yes): the complete statistics by day, user, group and theme. 

A website for peak load

Ipsos is fairly simple. Except during periods of very high traffic (coming in 2012, for example). So we pulled out all the stops: Ngnix, Memcached, and Varnish. Suddenly the site is very, very fast, can take a very important traffic load, and withstand the effects of Twittter and Digg.

Made with Drupal 6, the main complexity of the site: the complete job board with all of the management workflow.

The Orange collective

"the collective" by Orange is fresh. A living and well thought out site that we enjoyed completing. the collective talks about digital and whatever makes "life more fun" or "convenient". Made with Drupal (well, we would have doubted otherwise), it also carries a mini social network for exchanges around these themes.

Main complexity of the project: very fine management of blocks on the home pages managed by drag'n'drop, alone, by two or by four... A real LEGO! We also bring private messaging, quizzes, and an Orange SSO. Nothing but happiness! ;-)
