Management Extranet and Project Monitoring
For any project launched with us, you will have access to an dedicated extranet, the central receptacle of all the information related to the project. Based on Redmine, we have extended the possibilities and features of the tool quite a bit.
Task List
Monitoring of tasks and anomalies is simple and intuitive. You have access to many filters that you can save. Redmine is always connected to the project's GIT repository which gives you (if you wish :-) ) a complete view of who is doing what on the project.)
Product backlog
The product backlog is the central tool of Agile development management. It includes all atomic functionality. Each function is associated with a rating of the importance it has for the customer and a rating of the complexity from the developers. At any moment you have a complete view of the progress of your project.
Roadmap
This screenshot shows a completed sprint. A brief description of the sprint allows you to set clear objectives for all members of the project team. These points are discussed with you at the beginning of each sprint. All tasks carried out during the sprint are visible in the backlog. In addition, you can view real-time progress based on the completion of the various tasks.
Forum for Questions & Answers
Throughout the project many exchanges take place between developers, the project leader, and the client. Often these exchanges are by mail with questions and threaded responses and they are often lost. To avoid this problem, a forum is implemented, integrated into the project management tool. This forum allows you to keep track of all exchanges and avoid a loss of information.
