Your project team is composed of numerous staff members under the direction of a project manager. The project manager is your single contact, is very technically knowledgeable, and will pilot the entire project from A to Z.

Organisation team SCRUM

Our organization is based on the SCRUM principles. A single project leader who takes the role of product manager and is your single contact throughout the project. Several others will intervene according to the type of project:

  • an ergonomist and an artistic director for projects where Adyax does the functional conception and design. They will lead the concept and design workshops.
  • a lead programmer or SCRUM master for projects where the development team is more than 3 people. It will be the guarantor of "code reviews", the merging of GIT branches, and the code architecture.
  • a test team that will develop automated tests, validate multi-browser compatibility, and test the function of your site or application
  • An HTML integrator, specialist in multi-navigateurs issues, accessibility, and web semantics. The surgeon of the design, he transforms the whole of the PSD (screens designed by artistic director) into HTML mockups
  • a system administrator who is responsible for preparation of the development platform, but who also installs and configures the production platform, optimizes the site, and deals with the tuning of databases, servers, caches, etc.
  • a technical writer who will create, according to the need, operational and installation documentation, and finally the user guide
  • and lastly, a team of expert developers who will create the site.
