The Challenge

The Walt Disney Company France asked for consulting on three different campaigns during their Christmas promotions. Displaying on all types of media – in Disney stores, as well as three dedicated websites – reliable performance during the busy year-end period was critical. Coordinating with Disney's service and international teams, Adyax successfully launched three complex online contests, built according to spec and within tight deadlines.

Our Strategy

We designed a flexible multi-site environment which could quickly adapt to each contest's extensions: online advertising management, user management, gateways with third-party tools (such as Disney's in-house tool used to manage the campaign and users). Despite a tight deadline, we provided a plan to bring the best added-value to their online campaigns: parallax integration and an optimized user experience on smartphones, while maintaining a simple user journey for each profile (parents and children).

The Benefits

Adyax delivered the project on time, and the success was immediately clear. The number of participants increased significantly, with more than 10,000 users registering within three months.
