Johnson & Johnson's Nicorette brand required a digital redesign and launch of a CRM/coaching program. They needed the design and development of three different integrated sites in a global environment, with CRM lifts, a common user base, and more.
We supported the brand in all stages, from design to technical conception. This required partnership with a range of agencies and publishers in a 360° environment, coordinating provision of design resources, graphics versions, and the development and management of content for three sites.
Over two years, we accompanied Nicorette in a move to a complete digital environment. Each site is fully integrated into their program, including CRM lifts, moderation management, tracking & advanced media analytics, user sharing between sites, etc. – the whole time respecting the constraints of the world of medicine.
